Placing an order on Leatharmony is simple.
Browse our collection, select your preferred item and colour, then add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout and follow the secure payment process to complete your order.
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase.
WHERE ARE LEATHARMONY PRODUCTS MADE?
All Leatharmony products are handcrafted by skilled leather artisans using carefully selected genuine leather.
Our products are designed in London and handmade in Turkey, combining traditional craftsmanship with timeless design.
WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
We use premium genuine leather sourced from trusted suppliers.
As leather is a natural material, each piece may feature unique grain patterns, markings, and texture variations. These natural characteristics make every item one of a kind.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia and selected international destinations.
If your country is unavailable during checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
UK orders over £100 qualify for free shipping.
For orders under £100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
International shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES OR IMPORT TAXES?
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Leatharmony.
We recommend checking local customs regulations before placing an international order.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production, processing, or dispatch.
CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Only one shipping address can be used per order.
If you wish to send items to multiple recipients, separate orders must be placed for each delivery address.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Before returning any item, you must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Number.
Returns sent without prior approval or without an RMA number may not be accepted.

HOW WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED?
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note that shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, payment processing fees, and credit card transaction fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
DO YOU OFFER PERSONALISED OR CUSTOM ORDERS?
From time to time we may offer personalised or custom-made products.
Please note that personalised, engraved, or custom-made items are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY LEATHER GOODS?
To help your leather item age beautifully:
- Keep away from prolonged exposure to water and direct sunlight.
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Avoid overfilling wallets and card holders.
- Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.
- Use a suitable leather conditioner occasionally to maintain the leather's natural appearance.
With proper care, genuine leather develops a rich patina and character over time.
