At Leatharmony, every piece is carefully handcrafted and inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.

During busy periods, promotions, product launches or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch.

 

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia and selected international destinations.

UNITED KINGDOM SHIPPING

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 2–3 business days after dispatch

Shipping rates:

  • Orders under £100: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Orders over £100: Free UK Shipping.

Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather conditions, public holidays and peak shipping periods.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia and selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 3–5 business days
  • United States & Canada: 5–8 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–8 business days
  • Rest of World: 5–8 business days

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and order value.

CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT CHARGES

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Leatharmony has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Customs regulations vary by country, and we recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information before placing an order.

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees and similar charges are non-refundable.

 

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, returned due to unpaid customs charges or cannot be delivered because of incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, any shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes or handling charges incurred may be deducted from any refund issued.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

 

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information at checkout.

Leatharmony cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES

If you need to amend your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
